Named for one of the fastest falcons alive.
Speed, precision and a hunter's eye for the target. The saker falcon hunts from altitude, sees the whole field, and strikes once, decisively. That is exactly the discipline we bring to AI decisions.
AI is not a technology trend. It is a commercial decision.
Saker Intelligence sits between AI capability and business value. We help technology firms sell AI with stronger commercial logic, and we help organisations adopt AI through clearer, value-led journeys. The common thread: AI only creates value when it is framed, quantified, sequenced and governed.
We treat every opportunity as something to be made clear, evidence-led and financially defensible, for the firms selling AI and the organisations buying and scaling it.
Founder-led. Analyst-built.
Saker Intelligence was founded by Subash Reddy, an AI strategy and market intelligence analyst.
Subash has spent his career where finance meets AI. As a senior market intelligence analyst at a UK technology services firm, he leads opportunity diagnostics behind GenAI pre-sales, competitor benchmarking, market sizing and adoption analysis for enterprise clients, with his strategy and roadmap work contributing to a projected £8M revenue pipeline.
Before that, he worked alongside a chief strategy officer on corporate direction and produced more than twenty industry research reports on AI adoption, cloud transformation and digitalisation, and started out in financial analysis, building the valuation models and scenario analyses behind an acquisition strategy.
He holds an MSc in International Finance from Rennes School of Business. That mix, financial rigour first, AI strategy second, is the method Saker Intelligence is built on.
Boutique intelligence, not big-consulting overhead.
Two-sided market view
We understand both the sales-side challenge of positioning AI and the buyer-side challenge of adopting it responsibly.
Problem-led methodology
Work begins with business problems, value pools and decision barriers, before any AI use case.
Business-case discipline
Opportunities become ROI logic, value drivers, payback assumptions and executive-ready justification.
Presales & adoption capability
We support AI vendors in active deals and enterprises in internal AI strategy, the full commercialisation cycle.
Vendor-neutral perspective
Recommendations are never tied to a platform, product or implementation agenda.
Practical outputs
Every engagement produces decision-ready materials for sales cycles, leadership discussions and roadmap planning.
European focus.
Senior, independent and close to the work. We are building across the European Union, with founder-led engagements and a small number of reference clients.
Where we go deep first.
“AI is no longer only a technology conversation. For sellers it is a deal-conversion challenge; for adopters, a transformation challenge. We exist to bring structure, evidence and commercial discipline to both.”
