Who we are

Saker Intelligence ("we", "us") is an independent AI deal and adoption intelligence consultancy operating in the European Union. For anything related to this policy or your personal data, contact us at hello@sakerintelligence.com.

What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you choose to give it to us:

• Contact form and email: your name, work email address, company, role, the topics you select and any message you write to us.
• Correspondence: information you share with us during calls, emails or engagements.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking technologies, and we do not collect browsing data about you.

How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare for an intro call.
• To deliver and administer engagements you ask us to carry out.
• To keep basic business records we are legally required to hold.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Legal basis

Where you contact us, we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you and, where an engagement follows, on the basis of taking steps to enter into a contract. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses only what is strictly necessary for it to function:

• Consent preference: when you dismiss our cookie notice, we store that choice in your browser's local storage (key: saker-consent) so we do not show you the notice again. It never leaves your device.
• Fonts: pages load the Sora and Instrument Sans typefaces from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting the font files from Google's servers. Google's processing is described in Google's privacy policy.

We set no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party tracking of any kind.

Sharing and processors

Your data is only shared with service providers we need to operate (such as email and website hosting), each bound by data-processing terms, and with authorities where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, and engagement records for as long as legal and accounting obligations require. Data we no longer need is deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; ask us to restrict or object to processing; and request a portable copy. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
